Schwinn head tubes
Most Schwinn Homegrown head tubes I've measured are slightly undersized, which accounts for the frequent head tube cracks. Their head tubes should always be faced and reamed to avoid issues. Even if the frame is built up, to be safe the fork and headset should be pulled and the head tube done.
