Andreani Thread

Many vacuum bleed adapters use "Andreani thread" named after the Andreani vacuum bleed machine. It's actually an 1/8" BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel) thread.

NOTE: There is a British Standard Pipe Parallel (BSPP) and also a British Standard Pipe Taper (BSPT). Make sure you purchase the Parallel.

  1. Do you use this bleed machine for MTB shocks or motorcycle ? I am doing fox x2 and float x MTB shocks. Anything special for MTB shocks in your process ? Thanks Steve

    1. I use it for MTB shocks, though it can be used for motorcycle shocks as well. They bleed using the same process, though each architecture of shock will vary in the details.
