Internally this was known as the "magalog", published by Challenge Publications, AKA Dave House. At the time that was being pulled together the Boulder office was still "start up" mode in many ways. As I recall, pulling off a catalog at that time would have meant jumping through some logistical hoops. Also, DH gave us a hell of a deal on the publishing of that book.
